I hate you Discovery life

I once thought taking discovery Policy would do me better after being disappointed by Old mutual. I have been paying my premiums with a hustle of paying cash at times because they were failing to deduct and I have been reporting that several times for years with no help, until they cancel my policy. I had to re-apply hence I thought there would be changes but still experienced same stupid issues, I have emails as proof that I was always complaining with no assistance. Then they cancelled my policy the 2nd time. I got very disappointed and what I have noticed is that I have been charged on my previous policy via debit order and some payments were made by me using incorrect reference. I had to request for refund, they asked for proof that I sent repeatedly with no help. Until they tell me I do not have refund yet, they confirmed on their systems that I am bound for refunds and I must sent pop's and account number to be refunded onto. The last communication with them I was told I am not going to receive any refunds. I write here seeking help to get my refund from the stupid company I once trusted. I have plenty of email trails as communication proof. Names of consultants and managers also their administrative lady
