I had calls from the call center stating i am in arrears, i disputed this an requested a statement ,
After years of paying my DISCOVERY LIFE POLICY, i was shocked to learn it has been cancelled, despite my dealing with an agent Joyce. I was very clear in my explanation of what happened and want a fair opportunity to resolve it. Years and trust and YOU BEEN CANCELLED...
