I am very disappointed with discovery life

I am very upset with discovery life. I have send correspondence that I was retrenched and asking for the way forward but instead has been receiving letters for my child's education fund and my life cover. How am i supposed to pay my insurances if i don't have any income? Don't even tell me about the adviser. She is useless. Ive sent numerous emails but she's not answering.it like she's an imaginary person. I do not want to loose my covers. I only get calls that i owe but none of help
