Horrible services from Discovery

Discovery services are terrible for lack of worse word to describe the services from discovery. I literally went through 11 consultants to get clarity. Furthermore the called me to further try and assist me but they failed. Now I am stuck with a product that is not applicable to me. I am so frustrated. Discovery is horrible I will never advice anyone to use any of their products. I curse the day I took their product.
