Horrible Service Recieved

<p>My Husband has been trying to add me onto his life Policy with Discovery for over 3 months now with No success. he has been sent from Pillar to post in this process. Everytime he tries to call discovery he is given a story. Everytime there has to be an action we need to call them and only then do they act and if we do not they jus sit. it took them the longest time to schedule an appointment for my blood to be taken and now again No movement we have been waiting for them again to come back to us he called them to find out what is going on and the person was still making reference that the blodd needed to be taken that time that has long been completed and even before the blood was taken he kept being told that they are busy adding me to the policy knowing very well that they are not and they still needed to schedule the blood test.</p> <p>I am a previous member of discovery and I have to say your service levels having dropping beyond shocking. How can it take more than 3 months to add to someone to a policy, really? Get your ACT TOGETHER.</p>
