<p>Why do you guys not want to cancel my service, should i report you first? I keep calling in then I keep being told different things, you need to send an email, you need to send a letter(Are we living in the stone ages?)</p> <p>My airtime just ran out now on the last attempt and the agent had all the detail, why did she not call me back?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cancel with immediate effect!!!!</p>
