HOPING FOR THE BEST… ie.a legitimate claim & reinstatement of my life cover

I recently posted on this platform about my experience with discovery health which has really taken a toll on my mental health over the past 7months which left me fighting to prove my innocence BUT due to their quick response and allowing the opportunity to further appeal I decided to remove that post and allow them to redeem themselves with fairness & good faith towards an honest paying legitimate client ie. ME

Let’s hope for the best & I will return to tell you how it all turns out let’s hope they acknowledge their allegations and correct their allegations of misrepresentation against me .

So last week discovery rep**** stating they stand to reject my claim yet they will reinstate my cover as an unemployed individual with lower premiums & lower benefits yet I earn an income which affored me my premiums so why should I settle for less cover I don’t think they have experienced a rare case like mine as God gave me multiple episodes of illnesses which I was covered for and paid my premiums up to date even during claims I continued to pay so how can they insinuate I’m unemployed whose grandfather will pay premiums for people this is so ridiculous I cannot believe this nonsense from such a huge establishment one that we entrust to protect & provide (like they falsely) promise in their advertising!!! Look at these reviews of their clients all negatives had I known this is what they are all about I would’ve chosen to go with a different brand I cannot believe how Mickey Mouse their claims review handles matters ! Always weak reasoning to reject with no evidence to support their rejection! 1st they accused of not being employed by Shauwn Mamkhize president of Royal Am as she & I have shared a long standing friendship so my employement was verbally communicated (as stated on my application) during the rise of Royal Am FC (no more due to tax reasons) then it was a tax issue also insinuating that my money was *******ly earned (ROYAL AM WAS A LEGITIMATE CLUB ) yet I am not claiming for my earnings but for my health which shows in my medicals that everything was 100% correct which was even communicated by managers of claims & forensics (after extensive investigations and requests from them for further evidence )but guess what people , now they accusing me of not disclosing having a 1st heart attack how hilarious yet they had allllllll of my records & not once mentioned but their desperation to not honor my claims has reduced Discovery life to now going back to medicals and making these allegations after 9months of harping on my employement they suddenly decided that now it’s a medical reason hahahaha …
Please can some1 help me out here I am open to any professional advice …

There are so many of you here who have experienced similar issues with Discovery life so if you did succeed please tell me how & what steps you took towards getting your matter resolved.
