High insurance cover for lesser benefits (total reap off)

I took a life cover with Discovery in the last two years. Recently reviewed my cover and notes that I am not happy with the content.

I used to be covered for the similar amount with Liberty for R250 per month now I am paying above R1100 for the same insurance amount. Ever since inception I have never received a call to review and enhance the cover, everything I was promised when joining was false I regret moving away from Liberty.

I send them several emails to discuss as they are impossible to find on call no one bothers to respond I am fed up with their service
