Hang your heads in shame!

For this insurance company, there should be an option for no rating. If this is how they treat prospective client, how will they treat me the day I actually claim? Please also note, I have declined 3 insurance companies because Discovery is supposed to be such a reputable company. I should have read the reviews first before actually opting to go with Discovery life. I am writing this review because I am waiting nearly 3 months just to sign up with Discovery life. Their admin department is even worse. I kept being told that I should email DC_Admin *** for a follow up. Nobody EVER gets back to me, I sent email after email and nobody gets back to me, their customer service is PATHETIC, they have no sense of urgency. However, our application have managed to finally reach the underwriters, and it just went from bad to worse. We went for all medical test and check ups, only to get back to us 3 weeks later, requesting a PMA for something that happened 15 - 20 years ago? It was like they were not happy because they couldnt find any fault with the medical results, so now they scratching in archives of 15 - 20 years ago that we should get where? I have emailed them asking if there is an alternative way around this. 2 weeks later, still nothing and no reply. Yes, I have contacted the broker to cancel the insurance, because I am going with another insurance company. Discovery life is a DEATH TRAP. You should hang your heads in shame. And I cannot understand how absolutely nothing is being done about this seeing as there are overhelming complaints about this company! A word of advice to staff working there, do your job because you love it, not because you just earning a salary.
