Group Risk Conversion- Critical Information Not Disclosed

Dear Discovery Group Risk

Upon exit from my employment, I tried to convert my Group Risk Benefits to personal cover with Discovery Life (proof free).

I understand that the Life Cover premiums for all prior months will need to be paid on the Group Risk Conversion.

However the Conversion request was declined due to the 60-day period having passed.

Kindly note, I was NOT informed by the Financial Advisor appointed to my Corporate Group Scheme nor my Employer on the Proof- Free Conversion Option on my Risk Cover.

**Please advise on why I am being unfairly prejudiced when crucial information was not disclosed to myself?**
