Group life lack of feedback

<p>I have mailed Discovery group life 3 times for a copy of my policy - 22 Feb, 28 Feb and again on 3 March. Each time I get an automated response with a query number yet no feedback thereafter...</p> <p> </p> <p>What a joke! How hard is it to send someone a policy document</p>
