Greed knows no boundary

*******, why deduct R559 if my monthly premiums have been R248. Why did they double my premiums this month, even if it's the one year review why go up by another premium. These are ****** no wonder why the competition board is investigating them for ********* business practices. So much for having this policy since 2003 and this how they repay me for my loyalty

I haven't received a response to this complaint, no email nor phone call. I asked my bank to stop this debit order. Sta clear from Discovery, it's all about money for them couldn't careless about customer relations.
