Funeral Policy **********ly opened by Discovery Life

I was in shock when I opened my recent payslip; R 285.00 was taken from my persal stating that it is Discovery Life. I immediately called discovery life to inquire as I dont have any policy with them. I was told that I opened a funeral policy in January 2018 (which I have not), I told them I have never met with anyone from discovery life and I am not interested in their services. They told me the person who opened the policy was Given Penusa; I then asked discovery life for his contacts as I want to trace him because he is using my personal details **********ly and i dont know where did he got hold of my personal data. Discovery Life only gave me his email address ********** they said that they dont have his tele numbers. I requested for them to cancel the policy and refund me and send me the signed documents as I want to see the signature, instead they said i must send then an email as this case is still under investigation .
