Frustrated - Discovery does not respond in any helpful manner

I have been attempting to change my banking details for around 3 weeks without success. The emails do not contain the correct instructions, the website does not allow me to upload documents, and any emails which are responded to, are not helpful at all. The majority of my emails are not responded to, and if they do, simply do not respond to my queries.
