Frustrated Debicheck canceled! 😠

I received a notification from my bank saying that the provider canceled my debit debicheck mandate. This was due to September 1 premium increase. I have since tried a number of times to get the Discovery life to remandate. Everytime I call them they said they will escalate so that they can send the instruction and approve. It's been 3 weeks already! I have received written communication from Discovery acknowledging the reason for the canceled mandate but still they have done absolutely nothing to remandate. I need my peace of mind to ensure that my premium will go off successfully and knowing that I am fully covered.

I always held Discovery in high standards but the experience I am getting is absolutely uncalled for!
