I recently requested life cover for myself and my wife. Discovery life said that we needed to go for free mandatory medical but I see that they have changed this to our medical aid. What happened to it being free.

P.s I was refused the cover and am still waiting for someone to contact me as my doctor sent a letter stating that I don’t have the sickness that I said I had as I researched the medication I was on and assumed it was for that sickness but he prescribed the medication that can also be used to treat chronic fatigue.

I need you’ll to please refund the claims that we where charged as it was supposed to be free.
