You know at first it was a funny prank or there was some explanation to this but after I was sent the forms I first went through different motions and questions, until I realised what has happened I actually cried. The form was filled in by three different people, the beneficiary part which is what made me cried the signature is Clearly wrong and leaves everything to my ex husband whose name is even wrong which simply means discovery would be taking money for nothing. I am asking myself who ever did not question the different handwritings the different signature especially the beneficiary and the last page . No welcome sms or email had I not had an injury in duty I wouldn’t have even seen. Because unfortunately taxes changed increases went in. To say I am disappointed with discovery is an understatement. Now they say I must open a case so now I must run around it’s their responsibility for hiring ********** agents
