********** debit orders

So I have a unauthorized debit orders going off on my account. I am not a client of discovery life and so far 3 debit orders have gone off in a span of a week for life insurance that I don't have amounting to R2652 This is ***** I have contacted your department and I was told on the 01/10 that it is in someone else name but my bank details are being used ...... How messed up is that ? Every time I have to dispute this and its costing me money I have been trying to sort this out for the last 2 and a half hours.....This is beyond me is this what discovery life has resorted to ? This is tough economic times to still have to deal with **** like this ..... please correct this asap.
