Forever waiting for Discovery to call back

We have been trying for over a month to get life insurance with Discovery life, we have got Medical aid, insurance, Banking products with Discovery for my Fiance but are still waiting for Discovery to call us back to sort this out, we have done the application 3 times over the last 3 weeks and get all the messages, but no one calls us back.

Do discovery want the business or what?
