False medical conditions given with no reason

Discovery life would not give me life cover because they told me I am Bipolar, never in my life have I ever been diagnosed with such a condition. The consultant had no idea what it was, didn't know how to contact the underwriting team, she didnt know who the head of her department is all she could do was tell me to send an email. The basic literary and communication s****s there is actually appalling. So, sorry I will take my business elsewhere.
