Failure to impliment change to life policy

In mid February I and my wife filled in forms to make changes to our life insurance. Since then, Discovery Life has been playing hide and seek. I cannot get hold of the financial advisor even after having sent through emails and left numerous messages requesting for feedback. They have wasted my time calling and talking to their call centre without success. On two occasions, I have informed their call centre that I may cancel the policy but this seems not to move them.<br> <br> Can this be resolved asap please? <br> <br>
