FA not responsive

I am trying to get hold of my financial advisor and it’s really urgent. He is not responding to calls and emails. I’ve asked to be called back and no one can help me apparently with my queries. I need to make a decision by end of business today. This is frustrating really. Someone anybody please call me back!
