Exceptional Service. Happy Client

I app**** online for the Discovery Life on Friday morning 08/05/2015. A polite lady then called me at around 12 pm but I was unable to speak as I was at work and I knew it would be a lengthy call. I then advised her to call me after 15:00 as I would be free. Then at 13:55 Jeffrey called, I told him that one of his colleagues had called me and to call after 3 pm. He then said if she didn't call me before 16:30 he would call me at 16:30 or the next day. I I then told him it would be better for him to call me anytime the next day. This polite gentleman called this morning (09/05/2015). The level of professionalism was out of this world. I was blown away! I initially just wanted a quote but from the time he called me I was sold. He was vibrant, friendly and eager to assist me. Whatever I didn't understand he he took his time to make me understand and politely re-explained using scenarios I could relate to. I am so happy to have taken life cover with Discovery Life! I know that I am in good hands.<br> <br> Thank you so MUCH Jeffrey!
