I would like to take a moment to personally thank Thandazile Nhlanzi from Discover Life for the excellent customer care and support that she has provided me with today.

I requested a call back on the Discovery Life website this afternoon and received a call within 20 minutes of my request from Thandazile who assisted me in a kind and fun yet professional manner to take up life insurance with Discovery Life. With the assistance of Thandazile I was able to take out tailor-made life insurance that suit my current needs and the product she assisted me with exceeded my initial expectations as did her professionalism and assistance over the phone. She showed extensive knowledge in the product that we were discussing and I felt at ease and confident with my decision to take up life cover with Discovery Health because of Thandazile's assistance.
