Endless phone calls due to them failing to update details
I made manual payments about a week ago and even sent them the proof of payment but I keep getting calls from different Consultants, each one dumber and more clueless than the last! To top it off, my access has been cut off from my online portfolio, I can't believe how unprofessional they are being! I'm a client, my account is up to date but this is the treatment I get!
