Empty payback promises

Discovery Life have this attractive promises that offers paybacks at the age of 65 if you take out Life Cover and integrate with Vitality and/or Discovery health. But when it come to payback , they just don't pay. Must received paybacks end of December as mentioned in a letter received on 12 December 2018. Did receive a part of the paybacks but still struggle to get the "financial Integrator Payback" as mentioned in the letter. My opinion is that they promise all this nice integrated payback but this is just empty promises
