Easy to join, Extremely Frustrating to leave!

I called Discovery with a request to cancel my Funeral Policy. I was informed that I need to write and sign a letter and then send it in for the request to be attended to. I find that unacceptable, that Discovery has put in different hurdles to exit this contract, when those same did not exist when entering. Please could you kindly cancel this policy with immediate effect, and provide feedback within the next 24 working hours.
