I did a quotation for vitality since I am a virgin active member. During the questioning I asked if I can get a plan that does not need me to do blood tests for my personal reasons not that there is something I am hiding. After indicating that I kept getting calls of consultants wanting to come and do those test and I told then I did not agree on that after days I am told my application has been declined. To me that is ************** and I have a right to say no to any medical related test that I am not comfortable with. Kindly please assist by reviewing the application and provide me with the policy that I will agree on.
