<p>My fiancé passed on 5 years ago. Our daughter was 5 then and he was responsible for her preschool fees, transport, etc. </p> <p>I received a call from Discovery, advising that the late had an educational fund that he had taken. </p> <p>We were engaged and living together but never married, so the unabridged birth certificate Discovery requestsed obviously would did not include the fathers details (which I mentioned). I am shocked at how no one does their job because I keep having to repeat myself. I submitted supporting documents to help them establish a relationship between my daughter and her father who nominated her to benefit a good education should he pass. </p> <p>All I've received from Discovery is scripted emails and bad attitude. I feel sorry for parents that trust them with their childrens futures.</p> <p> </p>
