Dragging feet

It has been one month since I have had total tkr surgery and the surgeon that performed the procedure has completed the required forms which in turn was submitted to discovery life. My broker contacted discovery this morning to enquire about the progress of the claim only to be told information that was supposed to have been obtained from my GP weeks ago will only be requested this morning. I pay a premium of R3800 and I expect service not to be shoved from pillar to post.
