Double premiums with wrong amount deducted!

I app**** for Medical Premium Waiver to cover my children on Medical Aid if something happens to me. I changed the option from 10 years to 5 years (in time-before debit order had to be put through). Guess what? Discovery still took the wrong instalment (of 10 years) AND they deducted DOUBLE the amount. I am a single mother and these kind of mistakes is NOT acceptable for me. I have to provide for my children and every cent counts. I want this WHOLE policy cancelled. I will accept NO excuse. They better also refund me so I can take my money to a company who WANTS clients!!!! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Health to Discovery Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
