double debit

I am really disappointed Discovery life insurance, I took out a policy in November 2018, requested for commencement date to be November so that commencement date be 01 December 2018, in December i got a double debit and when i queried that it was not our agreement they are insisting that they will change the commencement date, this is really a breach of contract as waiting period is really important when it come to insurance. discovery does not follow instructions at all not even if the will deliver according to our agreement when the time comes for them to deliver.
