Don't take cover with Discovery!!! ******* company

I have been with Discovery for 6 years and I honestly regret taking my life cover with them. Reading all these reviews just scares me even more. I changed my banking details yet they still debited from my old account and as a result accumulated charges from my old bank. Discovery has only reimbursed me half of the charges back. I have been speaking to Esther Noko who takes 2 weeks to respond to my emails and the other times she just ignores them. I have asked for a senior to get in touch with me but I have not heard anything. Why do I have to pay for bank charges that were not my fault? All they care about is premiums but have the ****tiest service ever!!!
