dont know what to do????

I have enquired to get a life cover as well as vitality with them firstly the duplicated the policy on my name debited me for both debited orders I have received a call from a gentleman telling me that he can see that the policies are duplicated and was going to make an arrangement to cancel the on and would call me back to confirm once its done I am still waiting for him to call me, secondly I was double debited for the wrong policy and they didn't debit me for the correct policy including my vitality
