Does discovery even care?
I've been trying to receive my life claim for months, but discovery loses my documents(DONT ASK ME HOW), and takes 2-3 weeks on average for any sort of reply, even if it's just a simple "Well get back to you" then I'm back on the train with another 2-3 week wait for a response. I would recommend discovery to anybody who wants to be needlessly ****ed around for months on end without seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. (PS discovery, don't call my number, email me, I'm not in South Africa)
