Dishonest and Unfair decision

Last year i submitted a Disability claim/Severe illness claim whatever they need to call it to Discovery. its been months and this is going back and forth. They have declined my claim due to the fact that "the doctor wrote 2018 and not 2019" regarding this illness. So discovery mentioned that the claim was declined because the illness occurred prior to signing up with discovery. i personally feel that the error was from the doctor(human error) and i have requested that discovery provide proof from the doctor that i had seen him in that year(still waiting for a consult record from 2018)Instead discovery just sent me all my documents back..how unprofessional. Discovery has made me feel as though i am a **** even though i had agreed for 2 senior employees to come to my house and personally see my condition. They are using an excuse not to give me a payout. i am a client that pays my installments every month and yet this is the service i get. Discovery has really got me,my friends and family thinking twice about staying with them because if they cant make a payment for something as simple as this(always looking for excuses),what happens when something really bad happens or even when we die. Discovery please sort this out i need proof of consultation for 2018. The way the decision was made was dishonest and unfair. (Please note the only reason i provided 2 stars is because along the way i had very helpful consultants who understood my situation.)
