DISGUSTING SERVICE

Discovery Life does not care about security honestly. Someone else has access to receive my OTP's for my life policy, meaning they can change my benefeciaries and etc. I have taken it up with them but they keep sending me a standard response that it is a technical issue. I have email my Discovery broker and have not received feedback from them since APRIL! Earlier this year they sold me the policy and said Vitality will be added now this. Discovery Life has the most disgusting service I have come across. They literally don't want to assist you and they show it!
