Phakama Funeral, a divison of yours is refusing and stalling to refund me after I personally cancelled my policy? They admitted that a refund is due but they are now stalling? What type of service is this? Quick to take my money.

I have been to your offices twice in Century City, made several bank statements and emails. No response, no refund. I will be reporting this. Its been 2 months. Quick to deduct money but stalling to pay it back.
