Disgusted and disappointed client

Absolutely disgusting service. I'm supposed yo be paid payback on anniversary of policy each year, now they haven't and excuses upon excuses. now they say it's system problem and issues with my anniversary date. they quick to increase premiums and take money but when they owe you they always have excuses. their staff are pathetic and so unhelpful.
