DISCOVERY WE DONT CARE A HOOT ABOUT YOUR LIFE

I would like to share my disgust with this company in about Feb 2024 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer I submitted my claim but was rudely refused in a letter written by Ryan Jaftha to top it all they have the audacity to write I can appeal the decision or sue them - no mention to say we are sorry to hear about your condition I have since then cancelled my policy and a rude lady on the other side of the phone made it look like I was the bad guy in all of this DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHOW YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH they hide in their offices you can't even go to them except in JHB TO DISCOVERY LIFE I SAY DONT THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS YOU ARE MONE GRABBERS OF THE WORST KIND
