Discovery useless

Discovery life is utterly useless. Upon messaging them to decrease my debit order, they did not respond until I sent a 2nd communication.

Once I completed the form and sent it back. A week later, email after email asking this and that. Why not compile one response with all the required outstanding information.

Discovery life doesn't care about its clients. You need to be 70% disabled just for them to pay out one cent of your own money. It is disgusting how little they actually care about their clients. But, if you skip a debit order, they hound you none stop.

What a company.
