Discovery Underwriter playing God

I am totally fed up with the underwriter and her playing God. In December she refused me life cover based on “certain normal criteria” yet Brightrock had no issue with my worth! And now she is refusing the renewal of a policy that lapsed due to circumstances beyond my control as she now needs proof of payment. She never bothers about proof of payment from other clients, why me? Where does she get the right from to judge me or my financial worth?

This is how you treat your clients? Based on an underwriter, who does not know anything about me, playing God?

I am so over this and you can be so sure that I will report this to Adrian Gore, I will also do a very detailed review on Hello Peter as this is utter BS!!!

I will gladly take my business over to Brightrock, I have only considered it up until now, and that will include ALL our children`s policies as well. A total of about 9 policies. I am not a Discovery employee and have every damn right to be upset with the way you treat me. She issued a life cover on my life with my son as the owner without any issues, no proof of income requested, nothing….but I am not allowed to have life cover at Discovery?
