Discovery took decision on debit order without contacting
<p>I tried to change debit order details on Discovery online which doesn't accept branch codes. I later sent a an email to be contacted as I have changed my banking details for my debit order and never received response. Now Discovery has taken upon themselves to run a debit order to my account on a date I never agreed to and causing debit order returns on my account.</p>

Would like to cancel all policies effective immediately. Discovery's decision to still debit my account on a date I didn't approve of in an account I didn't approve of does not work for me. Disgusted!
