Discovery - to discover better Service!!!!!

I have been a client with Discovery for almost 5 years now. 1st they don't offer you anything, no credit cards, no facilities. 2nd I have all my Life cover and funeral cover with, I have been battling with Funeral cover update since May 2023. And it a very simple thing that must be update, I am just adding my parents, Discovery will be making more money from adding but they don't ever bother to provide a service.

Mt question now is, if you struggle so long to just update/upgrade a funeral policy, ho long will you struggle to claim should anything happen???

This is really upsetting, call are made just to be transfers or given another number, mails are send just to be told we re buy with it. No!!! Really I am so sick and tired of this Discovery Funeral cover, they seriously need to do something about their service, we all paying clients.
