Since when is it ok for companies to add "benefits" to your policy without approval? l Cancelled my medical aid (2 months ago) but kept life insurance. Did not express any interest in Vitality. On month 3 Discovery took it upon themselves to add Vitality to my life insurance doubling my premium. I've cancelled life policy entirely they refuse to acknowledge any refund due whatsoever.
