Discovery Retirement funds withdrawal

I'm writing this review as I'm unhappy regarding the service I received at Discovery regarding my Retirement funds withdrawal which I had submitted on the 16th of June 2023,They then sent me an email on the 23rd of June mentioned that there is missing information which I had made sure I responded to and filled in that missing information and they sent an email to acknowledge receipt of the receipt.Afterwards there was no communication from them I then started calling them for an update on the 23rd of July was my first call where I was told that there's missing information referring to the same information I had filled in on the 23rd of June I was then told they will call back which did not happen,I called in again on the 26th of July I was told my funds will be released this week (1st week of August) they had missed the email I sent of the missing information hence late submission on their side.On the 1st of August I called again where I was told "there is missing information" referring to the missing information but the agent asked the administrator who was apperantly in a meeting and agent said he will call back which he did and said the administrator said they missed the email I sent on the 23rd of June but my funds will be released this week and on the 2nd of August I they sent an email for me to fix a date,I mean these people have been giving me false hope for them to come back to me and say I had not put in the date
