discovery provident fund hospital service #makes u sick its like a virus!

Over a week ago I complaint about you & today I'm still amazed that u never or don't bother this is what we get from discovery employee benefits u have to beg for feed back or an update on ur claim. U render financial service and we get this sick hospital service. I will never recommend any other to ur company whether it be medical, insurance, banking investment etc you make sick with ur services. This seems like a choice or its the standard operating procedure. I mean from the start of the claim till today no update from any source available no email no sms no call no nothing this is what we get to choose you! This is beyond horrible its the worse ever possible...# ur provident fund scheme service is worse than a government department u should be ashamed of urself! #George Evans ***
