Discovery Pathetic when Cancelling Life Policy

I have been trying to cancel my Discovery Life Policy since the 25th of September. Everytime it is a different excuse or notice period. Pleas note Discovery Life if I do not receive a confirmation of cancellation of my life policy in the next 24 hours I will be lodging a complaint with the Ombuds for Long Term Insurance
