Discovery not meeting halfway

I have had my policy since 2014. I have been unable to make payments after disclosing a condition that increased my premium significantly.

I am a number of months behind and Discovery wants all the premiums for the missed months before I reduce my cover and Pay less premiums. No meeting half way of paying outstanding over a period of time.
