Discovery Life......DISAPPOINTED

So let me get this straight. My father dies, and I put in a claim which is a "bonus benefit" on a policy that I have been paying since 1 November 2008. You pay out +-R42 0000.

Now I am supposed to get a payback from the inter grater etc of +-R6011.00 and you basically tell me I lose that money because I received money and now I basically have to payback the amount I received from discovery.....

How is this fair or right.....Who told me when I received the payout that I will be paying it back in other ways......

I had a broker who didnt wexplain this **** part of discovery....only the GOOD PARTS..... You get a parent cover that doesnt cost a cent.......

YES but it costs you having to NOT get a payback no matter how well you work your vitality etc.....So for the couple of payback cycles I wont see a cent because discovery is going to take it...... I have a Discovery credit card discovery medical for my husband myself and our 3 daughters....Discovery life policy for the last 10 years. I promise if this is not resolved then I WILL NO LONGER BE A DISCOVERY CLIENT IN ANY WAY.....
